Therapeutic Sound Bath - Last Wednesday of Every Month @Sakinah Oasis
Immerse yourself in a multi-dimensional sound healing experience that blends therapeutic sound, energy work, and somatic practices—all within a trauma-informed, safe space for relaxation, frequency medicine, meditation, and self-healing.
Held monthly at Sakinah Oasis in West Chester, PA, these group sessions offer sacred containers for transformation, ancestral healing, and energetic clearing across all layers of being: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Through the use of coherent sound resonating with different parts of the body, and a wide range of tools—including crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, chimes, the human voice, your own personal resonance, and more—we embark on an immersive sound journey to support the nervous system, stimulate nitric oxide release, release tension and stuck energy, and retune the body to a more harmonious, coherent state.
Each session invites you to deepen into the present moment, connect with your breath and body, and allow sound to penetrate on a cellular level—awakening your body’s natural healing intelligence.
Please bring: a yoga mat and your favorite pillow or blanket for comfort. We have extra if you forget!
Note: This off-the-body sound frequency work is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant in their 1st trimester, have a pacemaker, experience sound-induced epilepsy, or have a history of untreated or unstable psychiatric conditions such as schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders.
