Monthly Group Energy Circles

Energy Circle | Collective Biofield Tuning | Therapeutic Sound

I stepped away from the term "Sound Bath" because what we do together is more than that.

An Energy Circle is a co-created healing container where sound, vibration, breathwork, movement, and voice converge. Sleep if you need to. Move if you're called to. Tone, cry, or just breathe — all of it belongs here. We gather in a circle the way humans always have, because the circle itself is medicine.

There will be moments of deep stillness and moments where the energy calls for sound, movement, and release. Follow what's true for you.

This is a healing justice space. We live in a world where individual wellness gets commodified while collective suffering goes unnamed. Energy Circle is a counter-practice — making room for what our culture rarely does: the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, ancestral, and the conditioned patterns we inherited from the world around us.

All bodies welcome. All grief welcome. All joy too.

Where this medicine comes from.

I'm trained through the Biofield Tuning Institute and the Sound Healing Academy, and I'm actively walking a path of Celtic and Germanic ancestral reclamation — studying the traditions of sound, breath, and hands-on energy work that run in my lineage. I'm not at the end of that journey. I'm in it. And I bring what I'm learning and living into every circle I hold.

We gather on the ancestral land of the Lenni-Lenape people. We hold space for collective suffering that is present and ongoing.

10% of all proceeds are redistributed to healing justice causes — Doctors Without Borders, two families I support in Gaza, Indigenous stewardship organizations, local animal sanctuaries, and food insecurity nonprofits.

Contraindications & Considerations

Sound healing is a gentle and beneficial practice for most people. However, there are some important considerations and contraindications to be aware of:

  • Sound-Induced Epilepsy: Individuals with a history of sound- or light-induced epilepsy should avoid sound healing, as certain tones or frequencies may trigger a seizure.
  • Pregnancy (First Trimester): Sound healing is not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy, especially with instruments placed directly on the body.
  • History of Psychosis or Severe Mental Illness: Those with a history of psychosis or severe dissociation should avoid alternative therapies like sound healing unless under the guidance of a licensed mental health professional.
  • Pacemakers and Metal Implants: Tuning forks and instruments placed directly on the body should be avoided near pacemakers, metal implants, or surgical hardware, as vibrations may interfere with function or cause discomfort. Please let me know in advance!
  • Recent Surgery or Injuries: Use caution around areas of recent surgery, fractures, or acute inflammation—off-the-body techniques are recommended in these cases.

If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before participating. Sound healing is a complementary practice and not a substitute for medical care.
